Nepogrešljive fraze v angleščini za vsakega kadrovika

Komuniciranje v angleščini je za kadrovnike pogosto izziv – še posebej pri uporabi strokovnih izrazov. Ste na sestanku s kolegi kdaj razmišljali o pravi frazi za “poskusno delo”, pa niste vedeli, ali uporabiti probation ali trial period?

Če delate s tujimi strankami in sodelujete z mednarodnimi sodelavci, potem veste, da je komunikacija v angleščini včasih lahko izziv – ne le zaradi jezika, ampak tudi zaradi kulturnih razlik in strokovne terminologije, ki se pogosto razlikuje od dobesednega prevoda iz slovenščine.

V tem članku smo zbrali uporabne angleške fraze za najpogostejše situacije na kadrovskem oddelku – od zaposlovanja in uvajanja, do ocenjevanja uspešnosti in zaključevanja sodelovanja.

1. Recruitment and Hiring

Angleščina za kadrovike

Delo v mednarodnem okolju zahteva zahteva natančno in samozavestno komunikacijo v angleščini. Pravilna uporaba strokovnih izrazov pomaga kadrovikom ustvariti dober prvi vtis, zgraditi zaupanje in učinkovito podpirati sodelavce iz različnih kulturnih okolij.
